Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will contribute to delivering analytical solutions that enable and accelerate process and product development to ensure safety and quality of our products.
  • Responsibilities include working within an interdisciplinary team of scientists to perform and support bioinformatic analysis of biomanufacturing processes across diverse pipeline programs.
  • The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable, and offered a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.

  • Next Generation Sequencing applications

  • genetic characterization and stability
  • computational approaches and pipelines
  • FAIR principles for codebase
  • Unix/Linux OS and Bash scripting

Key Requirements

  • Ph.D. in biology, bioinformatics or related (completion by May 2026)
  • M.S. with 4+ years experience
  • B.S. with 7+ years experience
  • Experience with CHO genome assembly
  • Strong programming experience (R, Python, Nextflow)
  • Experience with high performance computing and cloud environments
  • Experience with version control tools (git)
