Job Summary
This role is the local expert within concentrated process areas; understanding and promoting the standard and right way to service and deliver in Landside Operation and acts as the first point of contact for country super users.
Train and coach Area Superusers and Landside Operation on global and local product processes, practices, and applications, and support process, SLA & Escalation Procedures.
Act as a local voice to FPOs in the global process digitalization and automation agenda, maintaining a community of local Superusers and promoting business process and data quality awareness.
