Job Summary

You will participate in developing and maintaining written policies, procedures, and the facility's quality assurance program to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
This role requires providing direct nursing care, managing staff assignments, and collaborating with physicians and families to plan comprehensive resident care and treatment regimens.
