Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-15 GL Accountants, ensuring strong performance and engagement.
Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external auditors and identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
