Manage the technical operation of assigned vessels. Plan, monitor, and control maintenance and repair activities. Prepare and manage annual operating and repair budgets. Arrange dry dockings, major repairs, and vessel upgrades. Monitor vessel performance, machinery reliability, and fuel efficiency. Ensure compliance with international regulations, flag state requirements, and classification society rules. Coordinate inspections, audits, and surveys. Investigate machinery failures and implement corrective actions. Review Planned Maintenance System (PMS) reports and ensure timely completion. Support vessel masters and chief engineers with technical guidance. Manage procurement of spare parts, equipment, and technical services. Evaluate contractor and shipyard performance during repairs. Conduct vessel visits to inspect technical condition and crew performance. Ensure compliance with company Safety Management System (SMS) and environmental policies. Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and management updates
