This role is accountable for optimally leading a night shift 12-hour continuous production team while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Execute daily production plans and monitor metrics
Coordinate product changeovers and startups
Use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 5 years of experience
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Availability to work 12-hour rotating night shifts
