The Director of Staff Development is responsible for organizing and evaluating meaningful In Service education programs to maintain staff competency and develop new skills.
This position requires maintaining confidentiality, supervising staff including disciplinary actions, and participating in government facility surveys as requested.

Key Requirements
Valid RN or LVN/LPN license

Minimum 1 year experience in nursing education programs
2+ years experience preferably in long term care
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
