Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of FDA GMP GLP HACCP regulations
Ability to perform microbiological and chemical tests
Strong attention to detail in data recording
Basic math skills including fractions and decimals

Associate's Degree in Science or Food Science
Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel
