Must-have
7+ years financial controls experience
Deep knowledge of SOX 404 requirements
Experience with COSO internal control frameworks
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead complex audit initiatives
Nice-to-have
CPA certification preferred
Experience in large complex banking organizations
Knowledge of FDICIA regulatory requirements
Advanced data visualization and analytics skills
Proven track record in continuous improvement

Undergraduate degree required
7+ years of relevant experience
