  • Assist in organizing the orientation of new employees according to regulations including philosophy and objectives of care, resident rights, safety, infection control and facility policies.
  • Maintain department records in a complete and orderly manner and ensure timely scheduling and posting of in service education programs.
  • Be courteous, considerate and cooperative when communicating with all facility personnel, residents and the public while promoting and maintaining good public relations.
