Assist in organizing the orientation of new employees according to regulations including philosophy and objectives of care, resident rights, safety, infection control and facility policies.
Maintain department records in a complete and orderly manner and ensure timely scheduling and posting of in service education programs.
Be courteous, considerate and cooperative when communicating with all facility personnel, residents and the public while promoting and maintaining good public relations.
