Job Summary

  • Provide timely business support to the global designated Source Quality Management (SQM) department.
  • Lead, develop, and implement supplier/procurement controls and related activities, including qualified supplier list management.
  • Apply appropriate quality engineering and PEx tools (e.g., PM/VSM, Kaizen, DMAIC, FMEA/FTA, RCA, MSA, SPC, Cp/Cpk/Cpm/Ppk, Hypothesis Testing, ANOVA/DOE/EVOP, etc.) to support innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or related technical and quality fields
  • Minimum 6+ years of highly regulated industry experience
  • Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical GMP regulatory environment
  • Experience with quality system regulations and source quality management principles
  • Experience with electronic components and active medical device host assembly
  • MAH experience in China medical device industry
