The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SaaS product management, particularly with AI/ML technologies, and will foster team growth and cross-functional collaboration

Job Summary

  • As a senior leader, you will oversee the outbound product strategy, ensuring our pioneering AI solutions are not only innovative but also deeply resonant with market needs and customer workflows.
  • Build and Lead: Mentor and develop Principal and Senior Outbound Product Managers, encouraging a growth mindset and deep domain expertise in AI/ML.
  • Drive AI Adoption: Develop and implement AI adoption strategies to scale across the product portfolio collaborating across Sales, CX, and other collaborators to provide the right level of deal and customer support for the agent portfolio.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $232,000 USD - $348,000 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $196,100 USD - $348,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants
