Job Summary

• The Vice President, National Commercial Services & Business Development is responsible for leading the Company’s Commercial and Land Services business at a national level in addition to business development and revenue growth.
• This role serves as the primary sales executive and relationship owner for the builder’s land acquisition and commercial title business-driving increased utilization of the Company’s in-house title services.
• Reporting into executive leadership, this role bridges builder-facing commercial strategy with internal operational execution, aligning revenue growth, geographic expansion, risk management, and client experience.
