The Global Legal Services team supports Workday’s Go To Market team by managing a large volume of contract requests and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams worldwide.
This role requires critical thinking, innovation, and integrity to manage contract processes, negotiate terms, and provide administrative support while maintaining utmost confidentiality.

Key Requirements
3+ years managing contracts in corporate environment
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Experience in legal department or law firm
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with Apttus or similar contract management system
Experience with EchoSign or Docusign
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
Fluency in English and Spanish; third language a plus
