Job Summary
Provides support to the business by performing analysis on employee lifecycle metrics, maintaining reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and enhancing existing Workday features.
Supports required reporting & analytics needs across functional HR teams, evaluates people data to identify trends, and supports development of HR reports, analyses, insights, dashboards, visualizations, and infographics.
Assists team with new set up in system (Workday) and tests functionality related to Workforce Analytics, in addition to supporting the associate engagement platform (Peakon).

Key Requirements

Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookup
Experience with HR data preferred
Experience with Workday preferred
Experience with Power BI or similar tool preferred
