External contacts include Federal, state, local and other governmental sponsors, private foundations, vendors, auditors, inspectors, and representatives from other universities and organizations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
5 to 8 years experience in academic or healthcare environment
Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) preferred
Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
Certified Research Administrator preferred
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
Experienced with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR) a plus
