  • The Workplace Relations team provides operational workplace relations and human resources advice on matters such as performance management, misconduct, and dispute resolution.
  • The main functions of this team are to manage, research, analyse and advise on the Group’s workplace policies to support the Group’s vision.
  • Facilitate presentations/workshops to HR Direct, management, and employees on a range of Workplace Relations topics to provide coaching and training.

  • Strong case management skills
