Job Summary
The Workplace Relations team provides operational workplace relations and human resources advice on matters such as performance management, misconduct, and dispute resolution.
The main functions of this team are to manage, research, analyse and advise on the Group’s workplace policies to support the Group’s vision.
Facilitate presentations/workshops to HR Direct, management, and employees on a range of Workplace Relations topics to provide coaching and training.
