Job Summary
Provide direct supervision for the Passenger Services, Air Freight, and ATOC functions of the Air Terminal ensuring safe, secure, efficient and timely processing of all passengers and cargo.
Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual, operational, and safety & security requirements, directives, and procedures while maintaining appropriate manning levels.
Supervise, evaluate and coach subordinates including tracking and scheduling training requirements to ensure availability of qualified personnel for all phases of air terminal operations.
