Technicians are responsible for conducting day-to-day maintenance, light repairs, and safety inspections while traveling between various store locations.
Employees must adhere to strict safety standards, utilize company technology platforms for documentation, and possess the ability to remove refrigerant for recycling.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Valid driver's license with good record
Basic mechanical aptitude for repairs
Willingness to obtain EPA 608 certification
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
Proficiency with tablets and smartphones

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of reading schematics and parts lists
Previous general building maintenance experience
Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
Key Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must reside within 20 miles of Brighton, MI
Must pass MVR review and have valid driver's license
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
