Base: $174,240 - $217,800; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based bonus and equity grants available; Benefits: Flexible time off, EAP, conference reimbursement, and local meetups
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years enterprise customer-facing experience
Deep understanding of AI/ML cloud architecture
Proficiency in Linux, containers, and automation
Experience with GPU orchestration and MLOps
Ability to engage C-level stakeholders
Nice-to-have
NVIDIA or cloud platform certifications
Experience with high-performance computing
Background in startup or high-growth environments
Familiarity with DigitalOcean ecosystem
Experience with hybrid/multicloud strategies
Key Requirements
7+ years supporting enterprise accounts
Hands-on skills with Python, Go, Terraform, or Ansible
Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or NVIDIA Triton
Proven ability to influence executive decision-makers
