Job Summary
This position functions as a lead engineer for the Center for Design and Manufacturing Excellence (CDME) and is responsible for the execution of research and development projects relating to materials and process engineering.
Works closely with academic, government, and industry partners to ensure projects are completed in accordance with project milestones, deliverable requirements and within the cost and schedule agreed upon during project scoping.
Responsible for bringing in sufficient funding to support position and any direct reports.

Key Requirements
