Job Summary

  • You will be involved in all aspects of MEP from submittal to close out to include Low Voltage, Security, Fire Protection Systems, Controls and all critical MEP Systems that allow our clients to thrive in their industries.
  • Responsibilities include analyzing contract documents for constructability, code compliance and functionality, leading MEP trade 3D coordination meetings, and managing MEP trade material submittals.
  • This is a demanding, high-performance environment requiring flexibility to work extended hours, especially during critical project phases or client deadlines.

  • 5-8 years construction MEP management
  • Experience leading MEP teams
  • Experience with large scale construction
  • OSHA 10 certification
  • P6 experience
  • Procore experience
