Job Summary
You will be responsible for product planning and solution design for an enterprise-grade AI Native engineering platform, driving the deep integration of AI Agents, AI Coding, knowledge capabilities, and engineering platform systems.
Design AI Agent capabilities for engineering scenarios, including requirement analysis, solution generation, coding collaboration, test generation, environment orchestration, and knowledge accumulation.
Establish mechanisms for product effectiveness evaluation, user feedback, and continuous optimization, and support the product’s scale-up from pilot validation to broad adoption.
