Job Summary
Manage day-to-day service delivery, including dynamic allocation of work to vehicles/routes, route planning, analysing data, setting schedules and coordinating a team of drivers.
Proactively communicate with customers, manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to service requests, waste transfer and customer interactions.
Ensure Veolia legal compliance on-site (WTD, O’licence and transport compliance) and react to and manage customer queries and complaints in an effective and timely manner.
