Job Summary
As a Senior Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions for Food and Beverage products, focused on subsystems including Sheetmetal enclosures, fluid system, refrigeration/thermodynamic systems.
You will drive collaboration with cross-functional teams, leverage technical strategy and best practices, and lead the successful execution of product design projects.
In this role, you will further develop technical subject-matter expertise while contributing significantly to MFT’s growth and innovation for India Business.

DFMEA and DVP&R creation
Validation testing of new designs

Design for Manufacturing (DfM), Assembly (DfA), Cost (DfC)
Thermo-fluid systems, valves, pumps
Mechatronic systems and embedded controls integration
Key Requirements
Min 5 years of experience in complete product development lifecycle
5+ years of experience in GD&T per ANSI Y14.5
8 - 10 Years of experience in Mechanical Engineering
Min 5 years of experience in product development related with beverage & food processing equipment
