Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • 3 years experience in engineering project roles
  • Proficiency with Oracle ERP system
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage scope changes

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Non-recurrent Engineering (NRE) projects
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and QMS
  • Previous experience with PMO tools
  • Understanding of Manufacturing Transfer Process (MTP)
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
