Job Summary

  • Provide upper level executive administrative support to the Vice Chancellor / Chief Financial Officer, Associate Vice Chancellor, and Contract Review Manager.
  • Responsible for operations support to the Vice Chancellor’s office, its division departments, and the UA Little Rock campus in a multitude of administrative processes.
  • The position requires managing complex schedules, drafting correspondence, coordinating travel, and supporting various campus-wide administrative functions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sociology, public administration, or related field, plus two years of experience in program administration or related area
  • Formal education equivalent to a bachelor's degree with a major in sociology, public administration, or related field, plus two years of experience in program administration or related area
  • Executive-level administrative support experience in higher education preferred
  • Familiarity with Workday preferred
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
