monitor utilities consumption and take corrective measure
review and recommend cost-saving measures
lay down procedures for emergency situations
ensure implementation and maintenance of OMS system
prepare accurate, timely and complete reports
prepare annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts
manage all accounts payable for the property
review and reconcile ground lease rent
