  • review and recommend cost-saving measures
  • lay down procedures for emergency situations
  • ensure implementation and maintenance of OMS system
  • prepare accurate, timely and complete reports
  • prepare annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts
  • manage all accounts payable for the property
  • review and reconcile ground lease rent
