Job Summary

• The dietary aide will be responsible for setting up meal trays, washing dishes, serving meals, and preparing nourishments and snacks.
• Essential duties include checking and recording chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwashing machine, operating the dishwasher, and cleaning work surfaces and refrigerators.
• The position requires the ability to work in cooperation and harmony with personnel in all departments and participate in the orientation and on-going training of dietary staff.
