The position provides administrative and front‑desk support, acting as a key point of contact for visitors, new employees, customers, and suppliers, including the professional management of front‑of‑house activities.
The role includes duties such as inventory cycle counts, preparation of customer shipments, placing purchase orders, supporting sales and operations planning, and executing special projects.
