Composite prepregs and honeycombs knowledge
Fabrication and repair of aircraft composites
Technical review of engineering drawings
Nice-to-have
Experience with military or commercial aircraft
Familiarity with ASTM test procedures
Lab testing skills including DSC and FTIR
Strong interpersonal communication
Soft skills and shop floor support
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science or STEM
5+ years engineering experience for Principal Engineer
8+ years engineering experience for Senior Principal Engineer
Ability to transfer or obtain DOD Secret Clearance
