Key Requirements

  • 3-10 years construction management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Bluebeam
  • Intermediate skills in Excel
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems
  • Experience reading mechanical and plumbing drawings
  • Valid driver license
