The position involves ensuring sufficient staffing levels of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are available to meet the daily care needs of each resident.

Must-have

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in the state
Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care
Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
Current CPR certification required
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
