Must-have
15+ years in Decision Intelligence or Data Analytics
Global leadership experience in multinational enterprises
Enterprise BI platform ownership (Power BI/Tableau)
Experience shaping and running a BI Centre of Excellence
Deep expertise in Power BI DAX and semantic models
Cloud data platform knowledge (Azure preferred)
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Python/R and AI/ML workflows
Familiarity with UX design principles for data products
Experience with GenAI frameworks and autonomous agents
Strong stakeholder management across executive levels

Key Requirements
