Job Summary
Positions are responsible for directing the operations of farm and/or livestock programs, or food production and/or processing programs at a correctional institution.
Incumbents will plan and supervise the work of inmates in various agricultural tasks, including crop cultivation, livestock management, and food processing.
Responsibilities include maintaining herd health, supervising animal slaughtering and processing, and ensuring the cleanliness and repair of farm facilities.
