Must-have
5-10 years Supplier Relationship Management experience
UK corporate or public sector facilities portfolio
Deep understanding of IFM services and supplier environment
Strong numerical analytical and commercial management skills
Extensive experience with CAFM systems and data analysis

Collaborative and influencing style with focus on teamwork
Ability to sell and present initiatives and new ideas
Fluent in English with additional language preferred
Degree in Supply Chain or Engineering discipline
