Job Summary

  • Oversee and improve end-to-end payment processes, including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, reconciliations, and customer queries.
  • Monitor transactions in real time to detect, investigate, and respond to suspicious or fraudulent activity, including direct engagement with customer queries.
  • Lead operational enhancements through new workflows, SOPs, and process automation to support scalable growth and ensure full compliance with regulations.
