Key Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or extensive relevant experience
  • Significant experience in defence, maritime or aerospace
  • Strong knowledge of defence mechanical design standards
  • Experience leading and developing engineering teams
  • Expertise in structural, thermal or dynamic analysis
  • Proficiency in engineering drawings and 3D modelling
  • Experience with DFMEA, DFA, DFM methodologies
  • Experience specifying metallic materials and manufacturing processes
  • Experience with prototyping and production techniques
  • UK CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
