Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Operate SMT and production equipment
Follow quality and safety standards
Use measuring instruments and inspection tools
Execute production tasks from process sheets and drawings
Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
Nice-to-have
Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
Familiarity with ERP or production software systems
Basic knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100 standards
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED
0–4 years manufacturing or machine operation experience
Ability to read drawings and perform basic shop math
U.S. Person status required for ITAR-controlled data access
Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance if applicable
