Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and report all accidents and incidents observed.
  • Assist residents with daily functions such as dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, and maintaining residents' comfort and well-being.
