Job Summary You will handle key tasks such as entering RFQs, making sales calls, and performing data entry to support business operations. You will work 5.5 days per week and contribute to the team with strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities Enter Request for Quotations (RFQs) accurately to support sales processes Conduct sales calls to engage clients and generate business opportunities Perform data entry tasks efficiently to maintain accurate records Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare documents and reports for daily operations Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals Organize work tasks independently while contributing as a motivated team player Preferred competencies and qualifications At least 1 year of working experience or willingness to learn through provided training Proficiency in Microsoft Office to support office productivity Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to manage tasks and relationships Ability to work independently and as part of a team with motivation and reliability Other Information Entitlement: Annual Leaves, Medical Leaves, and Medical Coverage 5.5 working days per week
