Job Summary
The Senior Manager, ERP PMO Lead will serve as the end-to-end program management lead in driving execution excellence and governance rigor across the global DePuy Synthes ERP program.
This individual will oversee integrated planning, delivery tracking, and governance processes across multiple workstreams to ensure coordinated, clear, and compliant execution of one of Depuy Synthes’s most complex, multi-year ERP transformations.
In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
