Job Summary
As a Senior Pharmacy Technician at Freedom Fertility Pharmacy, you’ll use your empathy and listening skills to handle inbound calls from patients and learn more about their medical history and challenges with fertility.
Ensure process efficiency by collaborating with both patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications, and own the patient experience through resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up.
This is a full-time work from home position that must reside within the state of Arizona, Massachusetts or Illinois.

Key Requirements
1+ years of relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Valid National Pharmacy Technician Certification
Valid Arizona, Massachusetts or Illinois state Pharmacy Technician license
