Job Summary

• CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Privacy Counsel to join our global Privacy & Public Policy team, combining commercial contracting, vendor onboarding, AI-related legal assessment, and operational privacy governance.
• You will work at the intersection of law, cybersecurity, SaaS infrastructure, and emerging AI technologies, contributing to the evolution of our global Privacy Compliance Program.
• The role involves customer-facing privacy and contract negotiation, vendor onboarding and sub-processor governance, privacy risk assessment, and process optimization, automation, and program development.

Base: $135,000 - $205,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: eligibility for bonuses, equity grants; Benefits: comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off
