Your role involves ensuring the application of the operational risk management framework across all company sectors and monitoring practices related to business continuity and operational resilience.
You will be responsible for overseeing the business continuity framework, including coaching sectors on Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Continuity Plans (PCA), and evaluating the quality and effectiveness of these plans.
The position requires contributing to the evolution of operational risk management tools and practices, supporting first-line teams, and designing and facilitating targeted training and awareness activities.
