Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Experience managing learning management systems
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven implantation of ADDIE e-learning design principles
  • Working knowledge of standard software for training development & delivery
  • Proven implements of a Technical Skills Matrix
