Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a back-up to the Lead Workday Consultant/back-up Workday Point of Contact (POC) position in the areas supporting, HR Operations, Qualification & Salary Administration, Classification and Compensation, BEACON/SAP support, Policy group and HR consultation.
This position will work with DOT managers in interpreting and applying personnel and departmental policies and is responsible for providing support to the Divisions, DMV and Raleigh Units.
This position will gather issues/concerns for ticket submission to OSHR relating to Workday to enhance the functionalities for the Agency processes and Workflows across all areas.
