Key Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy Degree
  • PGY1 residency training or 3 years experience
  • Licensed Registered Pharmacist in Arkansas
  • PGY2 residency in ASHP-accredited program
  • Five years experience in stroke center or ICU
