Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required
State Physical Therapist license required
Patient assessment and plan of care development
Manual exercises and assistive device instruction
Electronic Medical Record system familiarity
Nice-to-have
1-2 years of clinical experience preferred
Experience supervising PTAs
Inservice education for nursing personnel
Quality process improvement participation
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Key Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Active State Physical Therapist License
Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License (preferred)
Completion of internship or apprenticeship program
