• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Provide extensive troubleshooting support for manufacturing equipment, including PLCs, vision systems, robotics, and sensors, and conduct thorough root cause analysis to determine underlying causes of process and equipment failures.
